The new autumn treatment is named KOYO 紅葉, which means red leaves in Japanese. The treatment begins with a relaxing back massage, then the arms and hands get to enjoy the lovely aroma touch technique. Finally, a nice massage of the décolleté, neck and scalp. After the treatment, you are served a cup of ginger tea with lemon.

The Japanese treatment of Shiatsu is derived from the ancient techniques DoIn and Ankyo. The term Shiatsu is Japanese for "finger pressure". The therapist presses with firm and sometimes deep pressure on specific acupuncture points which affect the body's energy channels or meridians. The goal is to awaken the healing power of each individual by stimulating the flow of ki; life energy, in the meridians, dissolve blockages and help the body restore its natural balance. You wear your yukata during the treatment and the treatment is performed on a futon mattress on the floor.

This massage is carried out with warm massage oils, and heated bamboo sticks. The naturally round and firm shape of the bamboo sticks make it possible to give a deep tissue massage. The massage is performed alternating between the hands and bamboo sticks.

A beneficial full body massage where the therapist customize the treatment according to your specific needs. The 80 min. treatment also includes a scalp massage. Relaxes tight/stiff muscles and releases tension. During the 25 min. treatment we massage the back, shoulders, neck and glutes. The 50 min. treatment is a whole body massage including glutes. The 80 min. massage even includes the face and feet.

Hair care treatment

In collaboration with JHS Strandvägen, we offer Japanese Head Spa - a hair and scalp treatment. The treatment begins with a careful analysis of your scalp with a close-up camera, in order to tailor your treatment. After a short consultation, the treatment starts. The 50-minute treatment includes: dry massage of the scalp, deep cleansing/detox of the scalp with a peeling, shampooing, hair mask and conditioner according to your needs, massage of the head, neck and shoulders. Hair drying is not included. The 80-minute treatment includes the above, but you can choose a face mask and regular blow-drying, alternatively no face mask and a blowout. After the treatment, the scalp is examined again with the camera, so you can see how clean and healthy your hair and scalp are now.

Some treatments are not suitable if you are ill or pregnant. We do not treat if you have the following symptoms: fever, acute infections or inflammations, epilepsy, blood clots, malignant tumors, haemophilia, infectious skin conditions, antibiotic treatment, heart problems or high blood pressure. We do not offer classic and bamboo massage, Digital break and the Back and foot treatment Haru for pregnant women until after week 12. Other treatments can be booked before week 12 of pregnancy.
If you want to book a treatment, you need to book one of our packages first. It is not possible to take only one treatment. Yasuragi offers a holistic experience of Japanese baths, meals and if you want; accommodation and treatments.
We do not offer classic massage, bamboo massage or Digital break for pregnant women until after week 12, other treatments can be booked before week 12 of pregnancy.
While you are waiting for the therapist, you have your yukata and dry underwear on. During the treatment, you wear underwear. Our therapists are very careful about your privacy and use special towel technique, which means that you as a customer can feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment.
We cannot guarantee a female or male therapist but we will try to satisfy your wishes as best as we can.
