Retreat Mindfulness and Self-Compassion

Amir Imani, an international well-renowned trainer and coach, will guide you to a life lived more open and present. In this retreat, we will explore and develop the practice of mindfulness meditation, cultivating our natural capacity for being and attending with an open heart towards ourselves, others and the surrounding in the midst of whatever rises in our lives. ABOUT AMIR

Amir holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Adult Education from the University of Toronto, Canada. He worked in mental health research at the Department of Psychiatry of the University of Toronto, and studies and practices the effect of mind-body integration in mental health and balanced living since the year 2000.

He has undergone MBSR Teacher Training Program at the Centre for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and has been teaching MBSR to different groups including Mindfulness trainers, corporate staff and executives since 2005.
