Ikigai Leadership Day is created for you as a leader to step out of your usual context for a day and take part in a calming, clarifying and sharp concept where we combine professional leadership coaching by Cecilia Duberg with the restorative effect of the Japanese bath. Cecilia is a licensed psychologist & mental trainer, trained internationally in health psychology and leadership development. She coaches leaders, elite athletes and high performance teams to reach peak results, as well as leads silent retreats for people who need a break from "every-day-doing". Yasuragi is created to calm body and mind and bring you new energy. Japanese tradition and science in perfect combination, Yasuragi offers a special place and a specially designed program for those who desire both recovery and strength.   • You will get a yukata (Japanese cotton robe) and swimwear to keep, slippers to borrow. The yukata will be given to you by Cecilia upon arrival and is then used during you whole stay, at meals and when in the Japanese bath

08.00 Arrival and time for breakfast
08.30 Introduction with Cecilia; review of purpose, status & program
09.00 Japanese morning bath, something you do by yourself 
10.00 - 12.00 Individual coaching by Cecilia
12.00 Lunch You book your lunch time in the booking process. Make sure to choose a time from 12.00 (not earlier)
13.45 - 15.00 Private time in the Japanese bath with our bath manual that calms the mind
15.00 - 16.00 Recovery and reflection in the swimming pool

  • Do I need to be a Manager/Leader to book this package?

    The package is designed for you who want to become a more conscious leader and advance in your development in coping with external challenges by strengthening your inner self. You don't have to be a manager to book this package, but you need a desire to develop your inner leadership.

  • Can I work during this day?

    No, we recommend that you set aside this time for yourself and turn off the digital. If you're brave and cut back for a day, you'll get it back later.

  • Do I have to bathe?

    This package is a complete experience of coaching and relaxation in the Japanese bath. The purpose of being on Yasuragi is to calm down the nervous system to relieve excessive stress levels and give yourself time to think in new ways. If for some reason you cannot bathe, our activities and our lovely outdoor environment are available. If so, let us know so we can help you find alternatives

  • Where can I park my car?

    We have free parking only 100 meters from the hotel entrance as well as charging stations for electric cars.

  • What attire is appropriate at Yasuragi?

    The Japanese cotton robe, yukata, is available in your meeting room upon your arrival. It is worn during visits to the Japanese bath, and if you wish, it can also serve as dress code for the entire day, similar to a Japanese inn. In that case, it is worn over regular clothing.
