We offer a variety of activities such as Journey of Sound, Oyako yoga, Do In and Sushi school. Read more below. Most acitvites are are included in your stay and no advance booking is necessary, but are subject to availabilty. All activities are held in Swedish

Time: 8.45 -9.15 am or 2.30 - 3 pm
Shinrin-yoku for the family. Exercises in mindfulness outside in nature. In Japanese its called Shinrin-yoku. It lowers our stress hormones, increases the concentration and strengthens the immune system. In addition, it's playful in all its simplicity. An outdoor activity in our Japanese garden. Prebook when booking your stay. Book a place for each child. One adult per family should accompany, but do not have to book a place (16 children's places).
PRICE: 200 SEK per person / prebook
Time: 2 pm - 3 pm and 4 pm - 5 pm
The kids will learn how to make nice maki rolls from a sushi chef. Each child may make a separate roll that they may then eat. The sushi chef gives tips and advice on how to easily make sushi at home with child adapted ingredients. Book when booking your stay. 200 SEK per child. Book a place for each child. An adult per family should come along as a company, but only need to book a place if they also want to make their own roll. Limited number of seats.
Time: 9.45 -10.15 am or 2.00-2.30 pm
For the whole family. A relaxing interlude for young and old featuring Tibetan singing bowls. A journey into the world of imagination. This peaceful Journey of Sound is linked to the ancient knowledge of the healing effect of sound.
Time: 11.30 - 12 noon or 4.15 - 4.45 pm
For the whole family. Qi gong with soft calm movements. A method with origins in traditional Chinese medicine. Studies show that qigong has a dampening effect on stress. The movements increase body awareness, providing deeper breathing and better posture.
Time: 1.45-2.15 pm
For the whole family. Do in that is a self-massage where you awaken muscles and blood vessels to life. The movements and presses expands blood vessels, activates the energy pathways and stimulate the muscles.
Time: 10.30-11.15 am or 3.15 - 4 pm
Oyako means together in Japanese. One of our most popular activities is yoga for the entire family. Everyone will enjoy the various yoga positions, and find new energy while having fun together.

Here you get answers to the most common questions about our activities.
Our Sushi school and Shinrin-yoku need to be pre-booked, this is done while you are making your booking online. Other activities are drop-in. There is a limited number of places, so arrive well before the session begins. With respect for other guests, please do not step in on the started activity.
You can wear your yukata (Japanese cotton coat) during the activity sessions. Be sure to wear underwear or dry swimwear underneath. For yoga, we recommend that you bring comfortable clothes to yoga in.
No, unfortunately not, you are welcome to participate in the activities that start and end within the time frame for the package you have booked.
Adjacent to our Japanese garden you will find our outdoor gym, which you are free to use at any time. There are also nice walking and jogging trails to use. Ask for a map at the reception.
