YA hosts meetings where problems are solved and ideas are transformed into real action. Ya is also a Japanese word with three meanings: 'house', 'shop' and 'direction'. This means that with a clear structure you can develop your business in the direction you like.
We custom-make each programme to suit your orgnisation's specific needs. Yasuragi Academy works around you and your organisation's everyday life. It addresses those of you who wish to develop your leadership abilities, and achieve better management. Taking real life as a starting point, we allow the participants' personal experiences to form the basis for a process which moves towards increased self-awareness. The new insights and experiences revealed, are then used to clarify situations and solve problems within your organisation. In this way, your own development becomes your organisation's development.
We will provide you with the tools to help you benefit from the competence that you already have. You will not be taught anything new in the usual sense, instead we will help you liberate existing potential. We teach you to achive balance, so you no longer need to struggle so much to achieve good results at work. To be involved in the experiences of others can give profound insight. You will be given time for reflection and redirection.

Per Hörberg
Per is a reserve officer and a behavioural expert. A former education manager, leader in the IKEA concern, project manager in public office and management consultant at Sinova, Per now works as an organisational coach and a writer. He has several years of experience coaching individuals, groups and large organisations, both here and internationally.
