Communication, innovation, development
This programme is about improving communication, innovation and development. All organisations need to constantly evolve. The challege is in to join words and actions to create more open, creative and efficient co-workers.
The methods we use are based around four stages:
- To define what needs to be developed.
- To analyse this by approaching from different perspectives.
- To improve collaboration between individuals.
- To follow up and support this development in the everyday.
