Restaurant Tokyo
In restaurant Tokyo we serve food inspired by the Japanese kitchen. After several visits to Japan, our chefs have managed to successfully combine Swedish and Japanese cooking traditions in some very exciting and often unexpected ways.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast is served between 07.00-10.00. We can even offer a 100% organic breakfast alternative. If you visit as a meetings guest, your lunch will be served here. This consists of a minibento with three small courses as well as a main-course. Our four course menu and our à la carte menu is available all week from 18.00-21.00.
Dress code
You are welcome to visit our restautaurants wearing your yukata (Japanese cotton robe), but this is by no means a requirement! However, do not be suprised if many of our guests do wear the yukata, as this is part of the tradition of a Ryokan (a guesthouse in Japan). Inform the head waiter if you and your guests would like to change into a yukata for your meal.
