Teppanyaki
Our Teppanyaki restaurant is the only one of its kind in Sweden. It offers a food experience designed to engage all your senses. In Japanese cooking the visual appeal of food is just as important as the flavours. In Teppanyaki every table has its own skilled Teppanyaki chef who will prepare the food on a hotplate in front of you. The ingredients are of the highest quality and handled with supreme presicon. What could be better than having a relaxing drink with your clients, family or friends whilst watching your five-course dinner being prepaired?
Lunch at Teppanyaki Lounge or by the Kaiten
On arrival you can choose to be seated either in our lounge or by the Kaiten conveyor.
Dress code
You are welcome to visit our restautaurants wearing your yukata (Japanese cotton robe), but this is by no means a requirement! However, do not be suprised if many of our guests do wear the Yukata, as this is part of the tradition of a Ryokan (a guesthouse in Japan). Inform the head waiter if you and your guests would like to change into a yukata for your meal.
