"A huge thank you to you and your team for delivering a fantastic event. The client views the event as a big success and they are absolutely delighted that they finally chose the Yasuragi to host the event.
In order to give the client everything they wanted and make the choice of the hotel easier, you demonstrated great flexibility as there were many many requests to try and make this event really special. Your "can do" and " yes" attitude was greatly appreciated and made the pre-event planning less stressful than it otherwise could have been!
I have to say from a personal point of view and also from the feedback I had from the team, that everyone was full of praise for the way your staff acted throughout the event.
We always felt we could speak to the people we needed to at any time to get quick decisions. Your hotel delivered on everything it said it would, and your staff were a dream to work with.

"Our employees were extremely satisfied with the conference and the conference centre itself. We had a real sense of peace and tranquility here, and allowed ourselves to slow down a little. We all made an effort to wear our yukata and felt that this added an extra dimension to the experience. The enviroment had a postitive effect on us all, giving a real boost to our conversations and reflections. Without exception, we felt that this was the best conference we have experienced so far."
