The oil massage and yoga based stretching stimulates the body to return to its natural vitality and health. The therapist uses hands and feet to stretch all the body muscles, the pressure completely customized to your muscle tension. Treatment begins with soft oil massage, then follows oil massage and a yoga stretching. The treatment strengthens the immune system and increases blood circulation and deeper breathing. Afterwards, the body feels light, revitalized and full of energy.
