Futon

Futon means bed in Japanese. A futon room is a spacious room. Just as in Japan you sleep on the floor on a futon mattress. There are rice-paper screens in front of the windows, and the floors are covered in soft tatami mats which are comfortable to walk on. In the bathroom you will a Japanese wash area, wooden buckets, stools and a large wooden bathtub.
