Can I take the Japanese baths when pregnant?
Yes of course! As long as you are feeling well and up to it. We can even offer a treatment especially designed for pregnant women. And we will happily serve you food prepared in accordance to your needs!
Can I visit Yasuragi Hasseludden just to have a treatment?
No. Treatments can only be booked if you have purchased a package (Yasuragi Day, Yasuragi Evening or an overnight stay) with us here at Yasuragi Hasseludden.
What do you mean when you say "starting prices"?
This means that the price depends on the day of the week you would like to arrive, as well as on how full we are for the date(s) of your reservation. If we have few bookings for your requested date, the price will be the lowest possible, and if we have many bookings the price is higher, just as with flights and train tickets.
Do I need to bring swimwear?
No, that is not necessary. All our guests will be given swimwear, slippers and a Yukata (japanese cotton robe) when checking in. You are welcome to take these home with you at the end of your stay, as a token of your visit to Yasuragi Hasseludden. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and soap. The Yukata and slippers will be worn throughout your stay, even during meal times.
When should I refrain from having treatments?
If you are taking antibiotics or experiencing any of the following symptoms we will be unable to offer you treatment: fever, acute infections or inflammations, epilepsy, malignant tumors, bleeder's disease, infectious skin conditions, heart conditions or high blood pressure. We will only treat pregnant women once they have passed week 12 of their term.
How does Yasuragi Day and Yasuragi Evening work?
Yasuragi Day covers the hours 08:00-16:00 and Yasuragi Evening the hours from 14:00-22:00. Both packages include entry to the Japanese baths, activites available in accordance with that day's programme, plus either lunch (Yasuragi Day) or dinner (Yasuragi Evening). In addition to this you will have the opportunity to book our treatments. Read more about the treatments on offer under Activites & Treatments. The packages and treatments are offered depending on availability, 7 days a week.
Can I stay the night at Yasuragi Hasseludden?
Yes, of course! We have 162 hotel rooms, all decorated in a Japanese style. We offer both mini suites and large suites. If you want to stay the night at Yasuragi Hasseludden you can book an over-night package which includes accomodation, breakfast, dinner, entry to our Japanese baths as well as the activities offered on the daytime programme. In addition to this you will have the opportunity to book our treatments. Read more about the treatments on offer under Activites & Treatments. The packages and treatments are offered depending on availability, 7 days a week.

What are the opening ours of the baths?
The baths are open seven days a week 08:00-22:00. For our over-night guests the baths are open from 06:00
What do I bring?
Travel light! When checking in you will be given swimwear, slippers and a yukata (Japanese cotton robe), which you will wear during your stay, and these are all yours to keep. We will provide towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap, and you are always welcome too help yourself to tea and fruit at our buffet.
Is it appropriate to have my hen-night/stag-do with you?
If you just want to take it easy and have a quiet, low-key time it is perfect.
Can I bring children?
We want to be able to offer our guests total relaxation and a peaceful environment, and for this reason we operate with an age limit of 16. However, during certain weeks each summer during a period we call Yasuragi Kids, we welcome the whole family and operate with no age limit.
Can I bring children to the restaurants?
If you would like to visit one of our restaurants for a meal you are very welcome to bring children!
